Shipping Warranty Policy
1. Coverage Period
This Shipping Warranty applies for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, or from the last available tracking update in the case of lost parcels (“Warranty Period”).
2. Scope of Coverage
This Shipping Warranty covers:
Lost parcels (where tracking indicates non-delivery or the parcel cannot be located), and
Damage occurring during transit that renders the product unusable
Coverage applies only to issues that occur while the parcel is in transit with the carrier.
3. Coverage Structure
Approved claims will be compensated via store credit only, calculated as follows:
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery or last tracking update: 100% of the product value (excluding shipping and taxes)
No cash refunds will be issued. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for coverage, the purchaser must:
Submit the claim within the Warranty Period
Provide valid proof of purchase
Provide the shipment tracking number
Report the issue immediately upon discovery
Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of the claim.
5. Required Documentation
For damaged items, the purchaser must provide clear photographic evidence including:
The outer shipping packaging
The inner packaging
The damaged product
Any visible shipping label or tracking information
For lost parcels, additional verification may be required, including confirmation of address and non-receipt.
The seller reserves the right to request further documentation.
6. Definition of Covered Events
6.1 Lost Parcel
A shipment will be considered lost if:
Tracking confirms non-delivery, or
The carrier declares the parcel lost, or
No tracking updates occur for an extended period and the parcel cannot be located
6.2 Transit Damage
Damage qualifies if:
The product is physically damaged upon arrival, and
The damage renders the product unusable for its intended purpose, cosmetic blemishes or imperfections are not covered.
7. Exclusions
This Shipping Warranty does not cover:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the purchaser
Theft after confirmed delivery (e.g., porch piracy)
Delays in shipping or delivery
Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect usability
Claims submitted after the Warranty Period
Packages redirected or altered after shipment at the purchaser’s request
8. Claim Process
To initiate a claim, the purchaser must:
Contact the seller within the Warranty Period
Provide proof of purchase and tracking details
Submit all required documentation
All claims are subject to review and approval at the seller’s sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the United States and Canada:
This Shipping Warranty is the exclusive remedy for covered shipping issues
The seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and taxes)
10. Consumer Rights
This policy provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may apply depending on state, provincial, or territorial laws.
11. Governing Law
This Shipping Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the purchase was made (United States or Canada).
12. Modifications
The seller reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
