🏒 Shipping FAQ

📦 Where do you ship?

We ship from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. We currently ship across the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us before placing your order for a quote.

đźšš How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping times are 3–5 business days in the USA and 1-5 business days in Canada.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for oversized pro stock equipment.

đź’° How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

-Package size & weight (pro stock gear can be oversized)

-Destination

-Selected shipping speed

-Tariffs

📦 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

-A shipping confirmation email

-A tracking number

If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

❄️ Do you offer local pickup?

If you’re near our store location, local pickup may be available. Call us while you're ordering (12:00 - 5:00 PM EST) and tell us you're picking it up. Pay as normal (including the shipping) and when you pickup we will fully refund the shipping cost.

Please note you must call us BEFORE, DURING or IMMEDIATELY AFTER ordering. This is to ensure our customer care team can pull the item before the shipping team grabs it.

⚠️ My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If still unresolved, reach out to us within 48 hours and we’ll assist.

🏒 What if my item arrives damaged?

Remember, if you buy used hockey gear, it may have damage or issues. A hockey stick sold used for $300 less than retail will not be pristine and we will not refund or exchange the item.

If your pro stock gear arrives truly broken/unplayable:

-Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

-Provide photos of the packaging and item

-Keep all original packaging materials

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
