Return Policy
1. Return Period
Customers may return eligible items for any reason within 3 (3) days from the date the order is marked as delivered (“Return Period”).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused
Be in the same condition as received
Be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories
Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Authorization Requirement
All returns must be authorized in advance.
To initiate a return, the customer must:
Contact the seller within the Return Period
Provide proof of purchase
Obtain return instructions and approval
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
4. Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, equal to the purchase price of the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Taxes are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
The seller is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
It is recommended that customers use a trackable and insured shipping method
6. Inspection and Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Returns that meet all conditions will be approved
Returns that fail inspection may be rejected
Processing times may vary but are typically completed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt.

Items not in original condition or packaging
